Does this publish a post to X or Twitter?
No. This creates a tweet-style image for a presentation, design draft or clearly labelled example. It does not connect to an account or publish anything.
What can I customize?
Edit the display name, username, avatar URL, post text, date, likes, reposts and replies. The preview updates as you type, and the badge can be turned on or off.
How do I save the mockup?
Use Download as PNG to export the preview at twice its displayed pixel dimensions. Only the preview card is included; the form controls are not part of the image.
Why is an avatar missing from my PNG?
An image hosted on another website may not permit browser image export. Try a publicly accessible image that allows cross-origin use, or leave the avatar empty.
Is this a Twitter Card metadata preview?
No. A tweet mockup depicts a post. To prepare a website link preview, use the Open Graph Meta Generator, which creates Open Graph and Twitter Card tags.
