By using OzTools you agree to use the tools responsibly and in line with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms.

Acceptable use
OzTools is provided for lawful personal and business use. You agree not to use it to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or to place automated load on the service that degrades it for others.
Video and media downloads
The video tools are for content you own or have explicit permission to download. You are responsible for how any downloaded content is used, and for complying with the source platform's terms and applicable copyright law. YouTube is not supported.
Data and business-directory tools
The business finder and public-page tools return information already published publicly by third parties. Verify details independently and comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) before contacting anyone.
No warranty
OzTools is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Calculator and validator results are estimates or format checks only and are not professional, financial, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
