Frequently asked questions
Where do emails come from?
We check the listed business website and up to two linked contact/about pages. Only publicly displayed emails are returned. Some websites block access or provide only a contact form; emails are never guessed.
Why can a filter return fewer results?
Filters apply to the businesses found for your query before the 25-result limit. A narrow combination can have no matches. Unknown review counts do not pass a minimum-review filter, and businesses without a discovered public email do not pass the email-only filter.
Is the location an exact boundary?
Google can include nearby businesses. A city, suburb or postcode helps focus the query; it is not a strict radius or postcode boundary.
Can I export more than 25 businesses?
Free searches and exports are capped at 25 matching businesses. Larger paid exports are planned; pricing and payments are not enabled yet.
